Questions about Eb major Haydn Sonata(Hob 52)
on: May 23, 2024, 12:03:08 PM
Hello, I have several technical problems with my performance of the Haydn Sonata. I find this sonata to be quite hard, and I have been struggling with a few passages for a long time. So,I would like to seek some opinions and would be extremely grateful if anyone could help…many thanks!!
1)  Are these fingerings suitable for bar 36 and 107? I find that I am unable to play it smoothly with these fingerings.
2)For the left hand tremolo in bar 39, I am having difficulty playing it accurately with four demisemiquavers in the left hand and one quaver in the right hand every time. Every time I play, I can only manage to play two demisemiquavers instead of four.

3)(3rd movement)
For bar 19 to 28:
a) How can I play the right hand semiquavers clearly and evenly?
b) How can I coordinate the right hand semiquavers with the left hand quavers?

I have already tried practicing with various rhythms, but I am still struggling to play the right hand semiquavers evenly.

4)For bars 97-98, how can I play the left hand tremolo with fingerings 3-1 smoothly, while also improving coordination with the right hand?
