IMO
Favorite        no. 1, F minor, no. 2, no. 3      Least favorite
Hardest        no. 2, no. 1, F minor, no. 3      Easiest

I've never played them so I couldn't say which is the hardest but no.3 was always my favourite.

Favorite to least favorite: 1, F Minor, 3, 2
Hardest to easiest: 1, 2, F Minor, 3

All of them seem at similar difficulty/quality so it's hard to rank.
last 3 schubert sonatas and piano trios are something else

True. 1 & 2 are pretty close in difficulty and 1 & F Minor are really close in how good they are (IMO).

Not too familiar with his etudes. but Op. 104 No. 6 in A Minor is pretty awesome!
