I've read Riddle of the Finger and believe, as I think Schultz did, that it's the last word on technique. I'm working my way through A Theory of Consciousness where in the preface he says "..a fundamental problem in the learning and memorizing of music was completely solved only towards the end of his teaching career." Anybody know the solution? Or where I can find it?
