Non-standard 'whippen' on the upright piano. How to fix it to ensure proper operation of the damper.

The video was sent by a young man seeking assistance in fixing the whippen (F-sharp 3 and G3). 'Native' were loose and it have been replaced. In the video, it is evident that these 'new whippen' differ from the others present. When the young man presses the keys (F-sharp 3 and G3), 'the damper block' does not fully disengage from the strings as expected. The young man attempted to adjust it's using 'the  capstan screw' of the key without success.
To address this issue yourself:
1. Remove 'the action' from the upright piano.
 2. Position the action vertically on a hard surface for easier access to 'the whippen' mechanisms.
3. Note that 'the damper spoons' of both whippen  (F-sharp and G) are significantly distant from 'the damper lever'. Consequently, when the key is pressed and 'the whippen' lifts up, 'the damper spoon' only lightly touches the lower part of 'the whippen'. It is necessary to adjust this.
 4. Use long-jawed pliers to carefully bend 'the whippen spoon' towards 'the damper lever'. Ensure the bending of 'the spoon' is consistent with 'neighboring native whippen spoons' to maintain uniform working stroke.
 5. Verify that the corrected 'the whippen mechanisms' function properly.
6. Reinstall 'the action' into the upright piano.
7. If the adjustments were made correctly, the mechanism should operate smoothly.
