Used Steinway M (1922) with 7/8 DS action

Greetings all,

   I'm curious if anyone would be interested in a 1922 Steinway M (#210550) which has both the original-size action and a 7/8 action (DS 5.5, I believe). We are holding it at our university (Wayland Baptist University, Plainview, TX) for a longtime piano teacher in town who recently retired. The instrument was in one home from 1952 until 2022 and has been extremely well cared-for. Happy to provide pictures or other information to anyone who is interested.
