Violin pieces for my friend
on: November 06, 2024, 11:51:55 PM
My violinist friend really want to play an intermediate violin concerto with me but she dosen’t really want to play the normal ones eg. ViottI 23 and Haydn G major.Besides Haydn, what are some concertos from the same era that are also musically interesting around the level of Haydn G major?
I am currently working on:
Bach p&f in c minor wtc book 1
Beethoven op 2 no 1 first movement
Chopin Black keys etude

I'm too unknowledgeable about violin difficulties to pick with accuracy, but the Mendelssohn e minor is nice. Does that one look too hard?
