Pretty good so far - you're on the right track. First major thing I would do is practice the bits where there are obvious hesitations. Get those bars glued together to help your consistency.
To me the other thing to look at is it doesn't sound like all the fingers in each hand are coming perfectly together towards the end of the piece. The LH fingers sound like they're collapsing a little and playing each group of three notes, slightly quicker than the RH semiquavers.

Keep up the work though - it's a fantastic piece.

though it's not the last etude, make sure you study the three "New" Etudes written in 1839 after op10 and 25 were complete!

Thank you! It has actually improved since this video, but I will not bother to re-record it and will let it cook in my system for some time and 're-learn' it again in the future. I was able to get to a good 150-160 BPM pretty cleanly.

I will have to change this thumbnail hehe. I was simply doing everything I could to avoid using "Ocean Etude" breaking a bit from the norm. I will have to use it I guess.

Most serious pianists and appreciators of piano music know what piece "Chopin etude op 25 no 12" is.
I dislike using those nicknames as well.  It somehow diminishes the piece.  There's a poster here who loves nicknames, some I've never heard of.
