I am searching for a good keyboard method - not for the Piano!

I couldn't find any good books, especially for kids. I have students and we are playing an arranger keyboard. They usually try to play by ear and this sucks although some of them are good at it. Need suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Are they interested in accompaniment, rock, jazz, etc.?
