Best fingering for the chromatic sixths in Liszt's Pensee des morts

Also the 4ths as well (Left hand). Ideally someone could tell me some rules/guidelines/principles for how to create the best fingering in 6th's and 4th's, if possible.

Cortot has tables with fingering suggestions for all chromatic double notes (so 4ths and 6ths included) in Rational Principles of Piano Forte Technique.
