Manualiter pieces suitable for piano?

Hi,
I am not asking about specific pieces, my question is more general: how would you decide if a manualiter piece is suitable for playing on piano just by looking at its score?
What characteristics would require an arrangement? I am a mere moron who is more and more interested in early Baroque, and there is a lot of beautiful manualiter music there.

I was not familiar with the word "manualiter" but a googling tells me that it's organ music that just requires the manuals and not the feet pedals? If so, it should typically be fairly straightforward to play on the piano, no? If there are any awkward hand crossings or register overlaps, you'll find out soon in any case Just by reading the score, if you see the right and left hand playing in the exact same spot somewhere, I think you can just kind of tell if it seems playable you are experienced. If not, a quick check at the piano should suffice.
