Help identifying a piano piece
on: November 22, 2025, 08:16:55 PM
Hello. I wonder if someone could identify this piece of music please. It was played by my late daughter for her college exam many years ago. Not sure if it was a duet? I am 70 years old and a non-musician with little knowledge of the classics, and have been searching for a while. Sorry if I have posted in the wrong section! Please listen to the attached MP3.
Many thanks.

It's the first of Moszkowski's "Spanish Dances," which I played when young as a duet.  The sheet music is available at IMSLP.

That's the one! I can still see the sheet music sitting on the piano, now that I have the name. Its the only recording that I have of my daughter playing, so it means a lot to me.
Thankyou so much for your help.
