PianoBar

Hey, has anyone heard of the PianoBar by Moog? It's a midi-converter for any 88-key piano. I'm looking at it and am curious what others think.

Yes, the bloke in the local piano shop keeps on wanting to sell me one as a device for recording improvisation. I made quick comparisons with overseas prices and decided he's asking too much. I asked similar questions on forums about them. People say they do the job all right but because they're relatively uncommon I'm concerned about the inconvenience and cost when something doesn't work.
