Schumann "easier pieces" & ABRSM

On the ABRSM publishing website, Album for the Young is rated as Grade 4-7 and Kinderscenen is 3-6.  Is this correct?  If it isn't what are the actual ranges?  Also what are the grades for things like Kreisliana (or something like that) and the like?
