So.
During the debut of some pianist in CCCP on his first concert on the audience there was only few people, who were students of COnservatory, in which the pianist have been playing. But during the concert, into the hall looked one of the piano proffesors of this Conservatory, and when he realized who they are hearing, he forced all students that were in Conservatory that day to go on this concert.
In the next day, on the second concert of this pianist, there was almost impossible to get in, because everyone wanted to listem him.
His debut of course became a big succes.

The question is - who was the pianist and proffesor?

If you know, please answer.
I'm looking for answer form one week, and haven't found it yet so I hope that You'll help me :)

CCCP is the USSR in Russian (using Cyrillic characters).

The pianist sounds a little like Glenn Gould, though he didn't study in Russia. Is isn't Richter/Nehaus... is it Gilels, maybe? I don't know much about him, though he studied under Nehaus too I believe.

In fact, that evening during intermission people rushed to public phones, and the second half of the concert the hall was completely full. It was 1957. There is a recording called "Gould meets with students of Moscow Conservatory". Highly recommended, if you can find it! AFAIK, it was issued in Russia only. On the recording among some other stuff he plays three countepoints from Art of Fugue. Never ever again I heard anything like this from Gould (or anybody else).
