Ukrainian Composer: Igor Skoric/Skorick

I recently heard a beautiful piece of piano music by this Ukrainian composer... it was very Chopinesque. It was the Waltz from his 5th Partita I believe. I can't find him listed anywhere and as I am not that familiar with the Russian cyrillic alphabet so couldn't try seaching the internet using the latter. Has anyone heard of this chap and know how to get hold of any of his piano music? I think my spelling of his surname is correct
