There's nothing quite like eating a sandwich and realizing the bread is molding and you've already eaten most of the sandwich.  Too bad it's not like bleu cheese, in that you can still eat it when it's moldy, or eat it safely.

Oh and then I went to my music theory (by bus) and something weird happend... there was a lot of people on the bus and I was standing and then after a while this old lady came and grabbed my arm like she was afraid I was going to faint or something and she said if I would like to sit down... and I was like  ???  :o no thanks (well exactly I said: "ne hvala" ... Bob do you understand?? :) ) i mean aren't kids supposed to give the seat to older people? not the other way around? I mean that lady was like 70 or 80 years old! so I was thinking that either I look 80 years old (which I'm pretty sure I don't) or I look really sick (which I am a little sick now but not that much) or it was just because of the way I stand on the bus sometimes like leaning on the pole (or whatever that is called) and I look at the floor (because I don't like it when theres so many people around me) and my hair is hanging over my face (cause I don't feel like getting them off my face all the time) ... so maybe it looked to her like I was going to faint! I don't know....  :-\

OMG!  The way you describe yourself looking down at the ground with your hair hiding your face, it reminds me of that japanese film, the Ring!  I would have turned and fled!  Seriously, maybe she thought you were ill.  I remember once when I was on the bus, and I wasn't even 40, I don't think, and this kid stood up to give me his seat!  I was very offended...

I had to get the bus today as due to the snow i could not get the thalmobile out of the driveway and my experience led to an idea that I think could be a best seller.

It is an exploding purse for women that take too long to find the correct money for their bus fare.

It is just like a normal purse, but when you open it it triggers off a timer and if it is not closed within 30 seconds, it blows the owner to pieces.

Just thinking that any kind of rally or demonstration that is "anti wheat flour / pro white flour" is probably doomed before it starts.  It wouldn't sound right for people to go around picketing, "White flour!  White flour!"

Some day you will all come to an age where you will happy to give your seat to an older person but nobody older than you ever gets on.

Ah, mmm hmmm.  Classic reverse psychology.  She's like "hey, there's a perfect opportunity to prove my point!  I'm still young enough to stand and how would SHE like it if I offered HER MY seat?  hmmmm??"

Personally, I used to think it was the right thing to do, to offer my seat to the wise.  But, once I did just that and got a bit snarled at (what?  he was like 45!! ... Okay, that's completely a joke!).  And, once, when I worked in a grocery store, I walked around the corner and this man had fallen down on the floor and couldn't get up, but he got really very angry with me when I helped him up.  Whoops.

Young men (well, boys, really) are starting to call me "Ma'am".  Jeez.

:) Oh no not the Ring!!  :o  :) But you wouldn't have anywhere to go, cause you would be stuck on the bus!  :o  :o
Well but I mean it says on the bus you should give your seat to those who are older so I guess it would still be more logical to give your seat to someone who is not very old but older than you (even if they were just a little older), but it was weird cause that lady was waaaay older than me!

Well but that's a good thing if you feel so well that you don't need a seat and you would be happy to stand... I guess you can then still give your seat to someone who needs it more, no matter how old they are. :)

Well it is VERY confusing this with giving someone your seat  :-\ That's why I almost never sit on the bus, only if it's really almost empty. Because you NEVER know what to do  :-\ and it scares me!  :( because sometimes some old ladies start yelling at you because they want to sit exactly on the seat you're sitting on (even if there are other free seats on the bus) and sometimes they start yelling if you don't get up fast enough, but then there are some who get really angry if you want to give them your seat! so you just never know what to do  :-\  :( so I just stand most of the times on the bus! It's safer that way!  :P And I don't mind standing anyway :)

Littletune, I'm gonna level with ya.  Are you sitting down?  Good.  See that world out there?  *points out the winder*  it's crazy, okay?  It's a crazy world out there!  But, guess what?  There's always the piano ... *ahhhhhh* ... with it's repeating patterns of black and white keys, scales, arpeggios, chords, bass and treble, melody and harmony.  Now that's some good livin'!  *clinks water glasses with Littletune for cheers*

Wolfi has 4040 posts!!  :P  8)
Have to clink glasses for that too!!  :P

That's really cool!!  8) like from a movie or something  :)  :)

Hmm Littletune is thinking we should clink milk glasses too! *Littletune goes to the kitchen and brings some milk for everyone* (and hopes everyone likes milk! Well it's a really good milk!) so now everyone clinks milk glasses and drinks some milk. Now Wolfi and m1469 and Littletune are looking out the window and thinking about piano, looking really wise and serious with their milk moustaches (well you can't see Wolfi's milk moustaches so well cause he's got real moustache  ;D ). They're all thinking about the piano and repeating patterns of black and white keys and scales and arpeggios and chords and bass and treble and melody and harmony and all that... and they start getting nervous just thinking about piano cause they wanna go play piano! But they don't wanna be rude and just get up and leave... so they start looking around and scratching their faces and moving their fingers and looking towards the rooms where their pianos are..... and then all of a sudden they all get up at exactly the same time and run each into their own room to play piano!  :D And you can just hear the doors shut and then the pianos!!!!! *ahhhhhhhh*  :)  :P  8)

m1469's ok.  Watch out for that K though.   ::)

If you were to steal a Strad violin, how would you go about selling it?  "Pst... Hey, buddy?  Wanna buy a Strad?  I'll give a good deal.  Half price.  Only $500,000.  Cash only."

https://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101223/ap_on_en_mu/eu_britain_stolen_violin;_ylt=AjRCKqE88JkI7NOG3f6c0T8DW7oF;_ylu=X3oDMTJ0c2hmcmVqBGFzc2V0A2FwLzIwMTAxMjIzL2V1X2JyaXRhaW5fc3RvbGVuX3Zpb2xpbgRwb3MDNwRzZWMDeW5fYXJ0aWNsZV9zdW1tYXJ5X2xpc3QEc2xrAzNhcnJlc3RlZGludQ--

And how do you lose one?  If I had one I think I might literally handcuff the thing to my wrist.

Same. How the heck can you find one and how do you sell it? I mean if you find it by the time you see it it would be in the hands of another dismayed man fighting over it with another and quickly it goes to court haha. To sell, give it to a conservatory?

Well I didn't really do anything special :) I just took a picture of myself outside when it was dark already but it was snowing so it wasn't really that dark and I turned off the flash on my camera... so it just made a picture with as much light as it was. And maybe I also moved the camera a little while I was taking a picture and it just made a picture like this :)  :P cool right?   8)
And I just saw when I posted the picture that there is something behind me on the right that kinda looks like a big eye!!  :o :)  :P
