What if you die each day when you go to sleep, but the next morning a different person wakes up with all the previous person's memories, etc., in tact? You'd never know.

Wondering how I can know if I'm actually doing my best vs. just doing something or the the same thing out of habit and thinking that's ok or enough progress.

Back/torso muscles related to strengthening, stretching, etc., related to energy/fatigue levels.

How am I going to get all the music planned for Christmas in time
How am I going to teach the children the music
Should I have two or one children's mass at Christmas
What is my life even
Please don't let anyone else die, I can't handle planning another funeral
.... Also I'm considering a third cup of coffee.

Energy, recovery, calories taken in during the day. ex. If I eat more, I can stay awake longer, my body repairs itself more, I recover from practicing and exercise. Eat less, and I'm more fatigued, sore, practicing sucks, etc.
And what to do with that info/how to use it.

New levels of fatigue as I get older. Ex. Being able to sleep all day and still feeling exhausted with it still being possible to get up and get moving and have some energy. But I don't move, I still feel stay in an exhausted state.
And being aware of the energy from food.

Weeks starting to feel like what a day seemed like before.
And the ideas of...
Things can always get worse. Fatigue-wise, you can always be even more tired.
Along with that, you can rest for a day. Extend that out... Rest for a week?

Second time this has happened. Actually three, twice with this loaf. I'm eating bread. I noticed it had a bit of a mold/dirt taste to it. Probably starting to go bad, right? Sure, but it's fairly new still.
So eat some bread this morning. Get the taste again. Then look at the bread. Apparently I hadn't looked at all of it.
I notice the mold spots WHILE I'm chewing the bread/mold.

How to loosen up tight muscles, preferably without putting in any effort or having to back off on anything.
And if this second loaf of bread is molding. I thought I tasted mold again....

Another shooting? Already?
And that if the next shooting was farther away, calendar-wise, that that would make it more palatable.
Or ignorable I guess. Sustainable?

Hmm,
On my mind now is the fact that I love music and wish I had people to talk to about "classical" music, in general, but do not have any friends to talk about it with. On the other hand, I've been in choir through public school, and then piano from 9th onward, with not necessarily a consistent teacher in the latter, so I feel inadequate to talk to people who are in the profession of music.
I'm wishing I could get a teacher, while aware this is outside my profession and, at the moment with no job, outside of my price range. I'm also wishing my tendinitis would quit so I can at least go back to playing, even only for the way I know how.
feeling stuck between two worlds, and many worlds, with knowledge in many but proficiency in none. So...feeling down?

How to get more energy....
The body would have to be recovered enough.
And there would have be enough energy on hand. Carbs, esp.
Otherwise... I still wonder.

This does not look wise.... Putting yourself in danger for a common wild animal? I can feel bad for the animal dying but it's not endangered and if it's actually putting yourself in danger.... Although I wonder how much danger this guy is actually in. If there is some danger it seems like it's weeding out the dumb from the human population.

I wonder if stress or some kind of (negative?) emotion response is the equivalent of muscle burn when muscles are stressed.

For more progress, if a regular/smaller push isn't cutting it... (Or just the idea of doing a push/recovery instead of a static, daily routine....)
A harder push/stress/damage, with good form.... which means more damage, but potentially more progress...
...which means a longer recovery period... Chronic pain which seeps into things.
Wondering about how long the recovery time is, how to speed that up.
And if the same type of push is required to get a better recovery the next time vs. Doing just one push and have a full or more-than-full recovery (decline) afterward.
The circle and the board. I'll flesh it out later.
The circle -- Once pushed out, never quite the same, regardless of how much time has gone by.
-- Also, the danger of pushing out all areas at once, leading to slowly wearing out over time.
The board -- Instead of pushing out all areas and wearing out, because of time, etc... Pushing one side/recovery, then push the other side/recovery, etc.
Which is all pointing toward varying the routine with other standard routine variations.... along with a harder push/stress.

You don't really see superheros sweat. They're active. That's for sure. You'd think with that amount of activity, they'd be sweating noticeably.

Taking a routine, pushing it to the limits for physicality and time... I end up stuck there. Can't do any more. Don't want to do any less.
The solution would be to vary it or push one part(s) but I haven't figured it out yet. And then probably return to the routine one some schedule to bring/keep everything together.

If you don't use it, you lose it.
If you've lost it, you can't do it anymore. (?)
In order to get it back, you'd have to use it again, but you've already lost it.

First world problem -- Youtube videos are getting too much extra non-essential material added to them, probably because the video creator makes money off the video.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wernher_von_Braun
"Wernher was an accomplished amateur pianist who could play Beethoven and Bach from memory. He learned to play both the cello and the piano at an early age and at one time wanted to become a composer. He took lessons from the composer Paul Hindemith. The few pieces of Wernher's youthful compositions that exist are reminiscent of Hindemith's style.[12]:11"

Bob,
Yes, when we fall asleep we die.
What awakes is a New Born ruined with memories.
That thing we call ourselves is nothing more than a set of memories. As our memories are forgotten, so are we.
With this in mind, everything we do is meaningless.

Something about holding myself back still due to laziness or habit. And answering the question of, "When?" If I'm waiting for things to heal up, how long do I wait? When do they recover after a push? And if I know things that might help speed that up, why not do that? Or is that the real answer, the real way to speed things up, or not even necessarily speed them up, just get improvement? Maybe I'm waiting for things to heal up/change but they don't/That's not the answer. Maybe I need to do something else, even entirely shift focus for a period of time, in order to really cover and be able to push again later. This is the problem of not knowing what to do, habit, not trying or not controlling enough, etc.
Which goes back to periodic push/ease. It could be planned. The planning would just be for not having to think so much though. Even if it was planned, you could still 'control' it by adjusting to whatever the conditions are when it changes, to know when to switch directions that way.
And if that's being done. Then you just have to wait for things to heal. If that didn't work... I'm out of ideas.
Potentially more time -- push and ease during the same time period -- could work, except it's more time overall right now.

Dread... again. Which is probably lack of control or inaction. Overcoming that through control and doing something (although I wonder if just doing something helps, even if it doesn't do much). Beyond that, control/mastery enough to overcome things.

The idea of actually overcoming whatever challenges are present is interesting. Not just overcoming, but mastering. Those projects/goals/challenges that have always been there. What would things be like if you overcame that? And not just overcame but had great control over them? Probably pick another larger challenge, eventually to the point that it can't be overcome. But for the things happening now, the things that have been present for a long time... It's interesting.

122 years, 164 days.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oldest_people
But I'm a guy, so it's 116 years, so many days.
Hm. I imagine that will change but still. Hm. And a large amount of that is "being old" time. Years, decades.
