AWESOME PIECE , aint it???/
i am working on it now. just wanted to know if you guys have played it (  i am sure  a lot of you have) . i am practising this piece now, and am not happy with how i play in many parts. Any suggestions on how to pull off a good performance?? what parts did you guys find the hardest? how did you practise .  i know there is a  some tricky pedal work in this too.  Any comments are welcome.
Also, can any one suggest good recordings of it,  the only ones i have heard are ashkenazy and biret, both of which are really good.  Any other good recordings???
