A favorite piece, that I have played countless times with a violin. Now for solo piano with the virtuosic Rachmaninoff transcription Enjoy!

Absolutely stunning! I love this piece. I'm just now browsing your YouTube channel and seeing that you've traded pianos. I watched some of the top ten on the Bechstein (I'm sure an old friend) and marked it down to visit again in the future, but I've got to say the new Kawai sounds amazing. I know saying, "nice hands" is kind of like pointing out Victor Wembanyama is tall - but my small arthritic hands are impressed be such trivialities. I love everything about your playing of this transcription. It's a match for Kreisler's style. There is joy in the sorrow - I can tell you're enjoying yourself.  The smile at the end makes me think you knew you nailed it. Finally, I'm not savvy on recordings and videos but can tell that you put a lot of work into this and production value is high.

With the audio compression which comes with YouTube, I'm often hoping people such as yourself and others who make such high quality material preserve, at least for themselves, high quality audio recordings. Video can deceive people into hearing what they see. Remove the video component, it is often more apparent the limitations of the audio presented. It is fine for the convenience and exposure a streaming video brings - and really people are quite happy to give up quality for the sake of convenience. All that said, the videos really share the authentic joy of your playing - you are fun to watch - and the character of both the instrument and your playing come through even with the audio compression evening the dynamics a bit. I would love to hear how the dynamic contrasts, especially the power of the louder climaxes, come through on a high definition audio recording.

After reading furtwaengler's praise I had a listen. Very nice, you have a touch that is beautifully controlled and plenty restraint with exquisite taste. I like your friendly demeanour too, you look like youre enjoying yourself and at the end it the look to the camera makes you feel very modest for how well you played, I dig that!
