Can someone help me identify this Rachmaninov piece?

Hi all,

This is my first post here, inspired by this wonderful little piece written by Rachmaninov when he was only 15 years of age, a short prelude either in E or C# minor I believe. It was shown to me by the great Alla Cohen when I was her pupil, some ten years ago and even then she  said I would not be able to find the sheet music for this piece anywhere, not even IMSLP, and she was very right - she got me a copy but never mentioned where it came from and I've since lost it.

I can't find any performances of it either, it seems to be a very obscure piece. Does anyone know what it is officially called, and if the sheet music for it can be found?

Check attachment for a rendition of me playing it in 2016 - please be kind as I was only a two year student of classical piano at the time :))
Also, the recording does not start at the beginning of the piece, but at the end of the first repetition and start of the second.
