have you ever cancelled/postpone your concert? if so, any interesting story to tell?

I had a teacher cancel one on me. I didn't choose to, she made me quit.

its very classy to postpone. horowitz did it all the time, and it didn't hurt him!
i turned up once, greeted the audience, took my cash... then vanished.
