Music Schools Regarding ADMISSION
on: May 07, 2005, 06:49:26 PM
Hi! I'm an 8th grader that has auditioned for both Los Angeles and Orange County High school of the Arts.... Now that the results say I got into BOTH schools, I don't know Which to go in to! Which school's piano program is better? I cannot say. If you have had experience there, please share it with me to ease my dilema!

I dont' know anything about either school, but you should make your decision based on the lifestyle and teachers. You can arrange to shadow a piano student at either school for a day (and maybe sleep in the dorms one night, if applicable). You should also set up lessons with the teachers at each school and see whose style you like the best.

Hi,
I second Steinwayguy on this...You really MUST find out about teachers and students to make a wise choice...
