My teacher has tould me to try to play the "How can we go" by Queen. But I don't like this band. He tould me it will improve my playing skills, so I agreed to try to play it.
I itent to start playing classical piano music as soon as possible, but i still got no skills for it.
What you guys think about it? Is this "How can we go" really a good song for learn to play piano? If not, I'd like you to tell me what did you play on the very begining of your piano or keyboard classes. It would help a lot. Thank you.

You might get a John Lennon anthology if you're interested in learning pop/rock songs.

If you intend to play classical music, I see no reason for you to be working this song...your teacher should help you find some easy classical pieces that will help you gain all the skills you need.
