well i've already started thread like this, but wouldn't be interesting to see when we have polls  ;)

i alsways prefered more yamaha and kawai, because we have them in school and i was raised on them.

besides, on every competition in my country we had  awful steinway, which was just poor 'copy' of real steinway...and i hated it.

recently i had pleasure to play on real, looong steinway...so my vote goes to steinway definitely  ;D  (i wish i knew which model was it )

it would be nice more brands to appear in the list. Mostly the other great ones.
Bösendorfer, Bechstein, August Förster, Grotrian Steinweg, Blüthner. At least...

Hmm actually I don't think I've played on enough to find out which one's good..
So far I've only played on Yamaha, Schimmel, Petrof, Cristofori, Asahi (bad experience with this one in one of my exams), Baldwin.
Not lucky enough to have experienced Bosendorgers, Faziolis and Bluthners.

Bösendorfer

Exactly!!  If I ever get rich the first thing I'm going to buy is a nine foot Bosendorfer, then after that I'll a house that is worthy of its presence.
