Does anyone know this song?

Its the song in the movie the pianist. The one where the german makes him play it for him after finding him. Plz let me know the name of the peice if anyone knows, thnx.

they are little excerpts from Chopin's Ballade in G minor Op.23.. he skipped a huge chunk here and there, and kept all the fast parts
