I love Henri Wieniawski's violin concerti -- especially no. 2 in d minor (the finale rocks).

Now you've got me wondering about Yosef's piano concerto ........

Heard it on radio like 7 years ago and recorded some of it on tape.
Haven't been even able to find any mention of it on the internet

I guess I could digitize the tape recording and post it. It would sound really bad

There is a good concert waltz by him for solo piano.  I think it exists somewhere on the web as a .pdf (it is way out of copyright).
