LRSM teaching video demonstration requirements

Hi.

I have no idea how to start the video and case study for LRSM teaching module.

Should the video show the whole of a normal lesson but this would then be longer than stated in the syllabus, or should it be into two sections, i.e., a shortened normal lesson (say about 20 mins) + about 10 mins of technical exercises??

Are there any specific technical exercises u are required to demonstrate? Any idea for case study too?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
