What is the most important thing to you when buying a piano?

I know that a combination of these things is involved in every piano buying decision. But, if you had to choose the one most important factor, what would it be?

With the better instruments being labeled 'hand-crafted' there is going to be some variance in the product. Hence, my most important consideration would be how well the manufacturer stands behind their piano -- brand (customer service).
Many pianos at the higest levels sound good, have a good action, etc...
