If you used the search you would have found that someone (dark-something, if I remember correctly) posted a link to the full score.

I deleted OpusClav.pdf from my webspace. E-mail me at darkwind @ darkwinddesign.com (without the spaces) if you want it. Also, I really need a recording of this.

What?

luda: you can find a recording using a P2P program like WinMX or Kazaa.  It's usually pretty rare though.

THis thread is almost as annoying and tiresome as listening to Sorabji....

I don't think anyone has made a serious attempt at playing the work, though it is apparently brilliant.

That "apparently" is quite amusing.  For all its supposed brilliance, the rhythmic monotony of his works on the whole, makes for exceeingly boring fare.

I give my piano teacher the benefit of the doubt when he says that it is brilliant - if for nothing else than being hours long and not making an absolute mockery of Sorabji (although he protested it's release).

PS: By "apparently", I'm essentially conceding that I don't really know much about the piece myself.

Stop judging his works before you've even listened to one measure. And the statement of Sorabji being rythmically monotone, is completely untrue. He has come up with incredible rythms, odd and very interesting. In a moment I'll post a small midi file of a section of one of his sonatas, I think your opinion of him might change, or maybe not.

1. Sheet music HAS been posted in your thread.
2. STOP BUMPING. If anyone has a recording they will post it in your thread, if no one does then thread will die.

Time to let it die I think.

Sorry, but his rhythm is completely monotonous to me, and I've heard both the 2nd and 3rd sonatas, along with the opus clav.

Why he wants to play 3+ hours of some of the hardest music ever written and he has never heard it or seen the score?

What kind of question is that? Obviously he is just a child. When I was 12 I was foolish too.

Unless you have three hands or go by the name of Marc-Andre Hamelin, you won't be playing this piece in your lifetime. I'm sure no one in this whole pianoforum could learn it, let alone a bunch of the concert pianists that exist out there. What makes you think you are better?

Better watch out!  The curator of the Sorabji Archive himself has started scoping out various internet piano forums - at least two that I know of -  looking for those distributing Sorabji and Hamelin scores.   I don't know if he's gotten in to this one yet.
