Please, this piece (https://www.karamanov.narod.ru/score/pr_m_ep.zip) is identified the "Prologue. Thought. Epilogue". Shocks!

It is not easy to understand your inquiry.... :)

Perhaps if you are asking whether are not you are eligible, you should contact the address given and perhaps the e-mail addresses as well, and see if they get back to you.

You should have time as it is in November, so just write a letter...
