Hi. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a really good piano solo version fo this piece: hopefully one that does it justice.

If it's the one I am thinking of, it's called The Montagues and Capulets for solo piano.  It's in a set called Romeo and Juliet, 10 pieces for Piano op 75.  I have it in a book edition Sikorski, published by Hal Leonard.  I got it fairly recently, but can't remember from where - most likely SheetMusicPlus.com.  If that doesn't dredge it up, try the Hal Leonard site.

So much music, so little time........

If Dance of the Knights=The Montagues and the Capulets as Dinosaurtales said, then Prokofiev himself transcribed it.  You can get the music for that(and a few other scenes from Romeo and Juliet) in Prokofiev: Selected works for solo Piano  published by Alfred.
