Yuck, `awesome' is another term i hate (along with `hot' when referring to someone who is attractice)...

We have some very intelligent postings on the Piano Forum.  Usually.

I do think that when Chopin is disparaged as shallow or merely "pretty," or as not very good, we are not operating at a very high level here.

A person has to question how well some of the respondents understand the history of music, and the history of piano literature.

For instance, if there were not a Chopin there probably would not have been a Debussy.
