I haven't seen bob in chat recently.  Anyone know where he is?

on vacation or mowing the lawn.  perhaps he moved his piano to the lair?  it takes time to rearrange things when you move.  the bats had to get used to their new environment, and bob was exhausted.  using the last bits of energy (that emitted radio signals locating the music he lost during the move) he is gaining momentum and will soon appear again.  this time, less discouraged - moving into uncharted territory as he peruses the instrument section and claims to have the keys to a whole slew of steinways (from the van cliburn competition) in his pocket.  learned to lift them while complimenting pianists at the semi-finals.  this allowed for snails to finally practice on good pianos for once and made bob a hero in texas.
do you know why benches fall apart?  it is because they have lids with little tiny hinges so you can store music inside them.  hint:  buy a bench that does not hinge.  buy it for sturdiness.

or maybe he finally worked out how to stop wasting his time and is being productive!

in fact he got so into it he's been working hard for the past 2 weeks non stop- the concept of a break is now foreign. maybe i gave a little too much motivation?

or the snails finally got him...bob i'll come save you!! [insert random pic of me riding on the giant king snail]
