ASAP Question
on: June 26, 2003, 11:50:49 PM
I have posted this in the Student's Corner forum but I am sure many of you don't visit there, so here is my question again.

My arms are sore/tired from practicing too much yesterday, and I have a performance in 2 hours.  Does anybody know of a quick healing method to loosen/heal my muscles?

Thanks in advance!

"Take two aspirins and call me in the morning!"  ;)  I think this is the standard answer that most doctors would give.
There are also creams you can get for sore joints in the pharmacy. I hope you did OK with your performance! Let us know!  :)

Thanks Steve.

Unfortunately I didn't read your message on time, but I soaked my arms in warm water (as suggested by 'OlderGuy') and it worked out just fine.

The performance went fine, so all is good.

Thanks
