Certificate?

I am a piano teacher with only one student. I have been teaching her for over two years, right from scratch, and I think she's making very good progress. Recently her parents start to talk about a 'Certificate' which they can use to demonstrate their daughter' s piano skill and give her some advantage when she apply for a college. I have no idea which institution offers a piano certificate for kids and what is the requirement for that certificate. Anybody here can give me some information?
