Op. 25, No. 5?
Take a good look at the middle section: a complex arpeggio pattern for the right hand at m.m. 168 (!), 4 notes per tick.
Given the numbers you've given, this doesn't seem like a good idea.
You might want to look at Chopin's slower etudes (Op. 10/3, Op. 10/6). Together with Op. 10/12 (your original choice), these form the easiest three Chopin etudes.
Op. 25/1 and Op. 25/2 may also be an option, depending on your exact level.
But must it be a Chopin etude? It looks like what you need is a fast etude for the right hand, which isn't horribly difficult... As it happens, Chopin doesn't have such an etude, so you might want to look elsewhere.
Personally, I am not familiar with the etudes of other composers, but perhaps someone else can give you specific ideas on the matter.
