Chopin Etude Op.10 no.12

If there was a rating for Chopin Etudes (Op.10 and 25) from 1 to 24 with 1 as the easiest and 24 the hardest, where will you place Op.10 no.12 'Revolutionary' ???

It's quite subjective but I would place it somewhere below 10 of the 24 etudes

I wanna know also where does the Black key etude fall. I think it is somewhere near the Revolutionary.
