Rach 3 / 3rd mvt. / Upright piano

I just cannot get those repeated notes to go the way they should. Is it do-able on an upright piano? In any case, suggestions !

Sad thing is, that the upright hammer action isn't as good as you will obviously get in a Grand Piano... You don't have access to a Grand Piano at Uni or something like that...

And having said that... If your experienced enough to be able to play the Rach 3 - WHAT ARE YOU DOING with an upright.... I don't mean to be mean... but you would kind of need it. It's like a pre-requisite.

If you can't get access to a Grand Piano, my best option would be to slow the piece down only enough to be able each repeated note. Good Practice... Plus when you finally play on a grand, you shouldn't have any troubles.
