Scriabin 9th piano sonata and Grieg op.71-6 lyric piece

i have just found out that these 2 pieces have COMPLETELY IDENTICAL beginnings!

in the beginning of the file is grieg's op.71-6 and after the pause scriabin 9th sonata

so
who copied from whom?

They are not completly identical at all. Scriabin uses much more interesting harmonies. And many notes are not the same. They simply both use a chromatic movement.
