Favorite Brahms Intermizzi!

Whats Your Favorite Intermezo??  me, Op.118 num.6 e flat minor, and op.117 num.3 c# minor.  Also heard any good recordings? I've got Emanuel Ax and Gould playing different groups of ones jumbled in with other brahms works.

I just love the ones on op. 118 and 119 ;D
For recordings, the best Ive come to hear were Wilhelm Kempff (1964) for the ones you mentioned and Grimaud for the ones I mentioned. I could post them!

those are 2 of my favourites too!!

i would also add the op118 no5, too beautiful for words

my recordings are katchen(his complete brahms set) and an awesome DVD of lugansky playing op118

and pabst, do post them!  ;D
