Islamey intermediate difficulty... what?

I found out that, on 8notes.com , Islamey is reffered to an intermediate level of difficulty piece. And basically any Liszt piece is considered advanced. Even the consolation and Liebestraum no.3. And it's the original version, since it points the one on sheetmusicarchive.com ... My point is... what?!? :o
