Glinka-Balakirev - The lark

Does anyone have the score to "the lark" by glinka, transcribed for piano by Balakirev. I love that piece, and would love to have it.

I prefer the Liszt/Alabiev nightingale as far as "bird" pieces are concerned. I think you sent this one to me, it's gorgeous.

I have.. the scaley part after the intro..part of it. I am learning to play it this way.

Starting with Aflat on the right hand: 5,4,3,2,1,3,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5

Starting with C on the left hand: 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,3,2,1,4,3,2,1~~

On that part, the left hand fingering is the same, and the right hand just does the transfer on 3 up and down, after the 4 transfer to get up there. I don't have fingering for the other run part, but that fingering for the beginning of it seems to flow smoothly for me.

you gotta read the remarks of godowsky concerning the interpretation of this piece.
he suggests various nuances. O_o i would have neger come to that realization.
