bibliographing a music cd

i once had a whole booklet on how to write out all this stuff properly for bibliographies but as if i know where i've put it- can someone tell me what order the info goes in for music cd's?thanks

Though I'm a school librarian, I can't remember all the correct sequence for CD bibliography entries, but I have that data in my library/office. I'll bring it home Mon. & reply then. Hope this helps.
