Rach Paganini
Rach 1
Rach 4
Schumann

Gershwin Second Rhapsody
Mozart K. 467
Prokofiev 1
Liszt 1
Liszt 2

IMO Rach 1 is most difficult, Mozart is the easiest.  The rest all fall in the middle.  Learn liszt 2, Rach1, or Rach Pag. Just suggestions.

I've heard people say that Liszt's No. 1 is relatively easy but I had a look at the score, and I'm like what?!??  :o

No way, those people are wrong.  Liszt 1 may be short and easy to memorize, but technically it isnt easy for most people.  It should take a long time to perfect.
