Beginner- kinda...
on: September 28, 2005, 01:41:32 AM
Hey guys,
I've been playing for about 2 maybe 3 years, but I've been playin around most of that time. My teacher says i'm doin good.
But I can't help but feel like I don't know anyhing when I listen 2 most of you. Can any of you tell me about how far I am onto the whole piano world? I've been been playin pieces like "pat a pan" (I cant remember who its composed by) and "dreamweaver" by Dennis alexander. And i'm also usin hanon "to strengthin my fingers" as my teacher says.
Any pointers or advice?
I'm open 2 just about anything.

Keep in mind that most people here think "fast and loud" is "good music."
I would like to hear everyone here record themselves playing a slow movement from a Mozart Sonata...

You clearly have never heard me play Mozart - not even my granny can listen to it, and she's deaf
