I don't really care, you know why? I never liked the show.  It's the most over rated tv show I ever saw.  They were not funny at all in my opinion.  Perhaps, they were silly and ridiculous to describe it.  I just didn't get the punch lines and all the jokes.   I still can't grasp why that show was so popular and all the cast in that show made off with millions!!  Maybe because he was white and he was a jew.  I dunno know.. ???  Same with that show "home improvement."  If I was a executive of a studio, all I have to do is develop a show and hire some mediocre white comedian/actors and it will be a huge hit.   ;D

my god what a load of crap.

don't you get it, Seinfeld reinvented the TV sitcom, instead of having some family and "christian humour" like that cosby nonsense, they just took people that wouldn't fall into tradition, marriage, didn't have ideals but their own ego and mixed it together with a plot where "nothing" ever goes on, as a satyre on the modern life of middle class people, which is, like the show, absurd. I find it ingenious.

I agree with classicarts. I also find the show very ridiculous. I feel it was a show that added to the crap they already show on tv (i.e. Friends, Family Guy, Imus in the Morning, the 6:00 News lol)
Where is tv going these days?

Friends was fairly popular, and had was a very funny show because of the silly situations and funny humour... and your right Family Guy is pretty much crap... No humour at all.

but the News??? You hate the news....??? I hate to say this, but if you hate the news then there's something wrong with you... it informs us of real life events going on in our world... You need to discover that things DO happen outside of america.

Seinfeld was a *** good comedy, they nit picked all the things that every other TV comedy wouldn't - like 'the Contest'. I recommend you see this episode. and If you don't laugh, then you don't have a funny bone.    ;D

Out of curious, randmc and classicalarts - do you happen to like Everybody Loves Raymond???

my favourite sitcoms are frasier, the nanny,2 and a half men, radom as that maybe.
I hate it when you want to know the name of a piece that you once saw on a tv show,so elusive.hope you find it.

edit:
oh ok i see, well you've had two years to look i hope you have found it by now ;D
