Something Goofy youve done.
on: October 04, 2005, 03:05:17 AM
Once, in the music departement building on the top floor around 9:30pm, i was randomly wandering around the practicing rooms. But i noticed there was no one else nearby, my eyes caught sight of a fire extingusher on the wall.. hmm... ;D i grabbed it and started spurting it all around the the top floor running up and down the hallways.. Then the fire alarm went off.. The whole building's fire alarms were all going off. I dropped the intsurment and ran down the stairs to the parking lot. It turned out there were a lot of people still in the building... The parking lot was full of people that were in the building trying to figure out what was going on. The whole building was flashing because many of the rooms lights were turned off, it looked pretty cool.I hopped in my car and drove away.

on april fools, some girl came and sat down with me out in the hallway, then abruptly said she had to leave and could i watch her books.  (i was waiting for class) so i said, 'sure' (as she assurred me she would be right back).  not a minute after she left, some guy walked past and lifted her stuff as though he had a perfect right to it.  as i was about to turn the page in my book - i realized what happened and jumped up and started chasing him - wondering which way he went.  i went up and down the practice rooms opening the doors and telling people to look out for a guy with woman's bag (book bag) that looked like (tried to remember what it looked like).

moral of the story:  if you (on april fools or any other day) asked to be responsible for another person's bag (especially at the airport) - say 'no.'

i almost had a heart attack thinking about the girl losing her bag.

Gosh you HOOLIGAN! That's not a "goofy" thing to do - it's idiotic!! What on earth made you do that? Are you derranged? I mean:

A) It wastes everybody's time (i used to hate it when we had false alarms in my music department at Uni and i was in the middle of practising piano -especially as my final recital was looming)
B) It's a waste of money - having to replace a fire extinguisher that could have been used for a real fire
C) The fire brigade would have had to been called out to check there wasn't a real fire - when there could have been a real fire somewhere else near by, with real people trapped...

Anyway, i did a goofy thing the other day.

I was in the music library in a local Uni and i was looking for a recording of Elgar's "The Kingdom". I noticed there was a big gap on the CD shelf between "F" and "G" so without thinking i said to the librarian nearby "do you not have an recordings of choral music by Elgar? There's a gap here - are they all out?" he just smiled and said "yes there's lots of Elgar recordings - "E" is actually before "F""

I was rather embarrassed - i don't really deserve to have any GCSEs with a remark like that, never mind a degree!

The damage was limited and she was fine, but i have a retarded nervous system and got very upset about it.i haven't picked up any women for sometime now ;)

Last night at Community College Jazz Band rehearsal ( I am the director) one of the players was talking about how the drug dogs came to his High School that day, and sniffed out some whiskey and cocaine out of some students lockers. This struck me funny, I immediately dropped to the floor on all fours and began sniffing the Bass drum and the saxophonists' instrument cases (of course!), and barking and being generally goofy ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

The band enjoyed it, and so did I; it let off a lot of inner tension.... :D

Well, okay.  This is kinda bad for me.  When I was in my last year of high school, I was a counselor at an outdoor school for 6th graders, along with a friend of mine.  We were there for 5 days and two of our basketball coaches were also teachers and we were all there together.  One night, our coaches told us stories about sneaky things that they did when they were our age.  So, my friend and I got really besides ourselves the next day and snuck around and caused complete havoc all over the camp.  We covered the teacher's toilets with plastic wrap, we put toothpaste in places and hung things from cielings, just to name a few ... and we laughed and giggled the entire time.  It was actually quite large scale... heh ... we hit absolutely everybody

Well, we got pretty busted and everybody hated us (and we were actually pretty surprised by this at the time, we thought everybody else would find it just as hilarious as we did  ;D).  One of the teachers (who had told us about all of these pranks), while telling us we needed to clean it all up, I swear had a little smirk while he was telling us (like he was proud of us  ;D... he he).
