can i learn piano and guitar at the same time?i m learning piano now,but i would like to learn guitar also,so can i do that?

Of course! I don't see how it could harm you, and it may help (cross-over benefits). I think the more instruments a person plays, the more well-rounded a musician they have a chance of becoming.

Of course, I've been playing guitar for about 4 years and started playing piano a little over a year ago, and they've only helped each other.

I'd highly recommend it.  The instruments are radically different in terms of how you physically interact with them (at least from my point of view).  Learning both allows you to develop a wider range of musical sensabilities.

i play both (classical guitar & piano) & the only problem is if the kind of guitar you want to play is classical in wich case you'll have to play without fingernails (& find a teacher that accepts that) i don't see how other guitar kinds could be an issue tho
