ABRSM exam

i m in Malaysia now. everyone here who learn piano take exam why exam is dat important .i HATE exam very much.i take ABRSM exam.did anyone heard ABRSM b4?

Yes - Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music?? We have it here in Britain, i did all my grades (1-8 piano and flute, and theory 1-5) with them.

Yep i've passed the ABRSM grades 2,3,4,5 and 7, its the most common exam board in England as far as i'm aware.

I liked the Abrsm program, until I switched teachers.  After a while I realized that Abrsm pieces are not challenging enough (though the theory is EXTRAORDINARILY difficult for me).
