There is many good recordings in Naxos. The Grieg concerto with Jeno Jando, for example, is magnificent.
Because they have such a broad catalog and are cheap, I usually buy Naxos as my first recording of an unknown composer or work, and if I like the music, I might explore several other recordings (from Naxos or not).
The trouble with Naxos in general, I find, is the quality of sound. The piano just sounds bodyless, like metal or something. That's why I consider the Naxos label as a great repertoire helper, but not as great interpretation vehicle (not because the interpretations of Naxos pianists arte necessarily bad, but because the engineered sound doesn't give you the richness of the actual performance).
My favorite label is Hyperion.
